  • Green Moong Sprout- 1 cup
  • Shredded Cabbage- 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Diced Cucumber- 1 cup
  • Peeled orange segments- 1/2 cup

For Dressing

  • Cottage cheese-1/2 cup
  • Deseeded Green chili-1
  • Cold Milk- 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
  • Chopped Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup

For Final serve

  • Sliced black/red grapes- 1/4 cup (10-15 pieces) 
  • Tomato Slices- 1 big size 
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon

Steps to make green Egyptian delight 

Step-1

Place the sprout in a steamer basket and put it over simmering water.
