  • Finely chopped onion- 2

  • Squeezed lemon juice-1 tablespoon

  • Chaat masala powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Rock salt- 1/2 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder  - 1/4 teaspoon each (needed while boiling the dal)
