It won't take more than 30 minutes to prepare them.

Note: if bread is not fresh then it's good to remove the corners/ side crusts.

  • 4- small-sized boiled mashed potato
  • 1-small size finely chopped capsicum
  • 1-medium sized onion (optional)
  • 1-finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2-tablespoon finely chopped green coriander

Spices

  • Cumin seed/jeera -1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1teaspoon (as per taste)
  • Amchur Powder-1 teaspoon

Extras

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 5-6 tablespoon oil (for pan-frying and filling)

Turn on the flame and place a pan. Heat oil and put jeera, once it starts crackling add ginger and onion. Cook until the onion turns little pink.

Mix milk and water in a big mixing bowl. Firstly take bread slices and gently dip the corners in the water-milk solution. Then, dip one side of the bread slice in the same.

Note: This process will make the bread moist and quite pliable. It will make the rolling and shaping of the roll easier.
