Learn How To Prepare Homemade Aam Panna Powder Recipe

Aam panna powder recipe for instant summer drink

Of all the seasons, summers are perhaps the toughest & harshest on our bodies. It is the season when the body goes through the most significant weight gain or loss.

Some people are prone to dehydration during summers to a point where they feel the loss of body fluids. However, this can happen due to many factors like sweating, drinking less water, staying up late, and not taking a shower before sleeping, for instance.

Drinking water in summers is very important to prevent summer-related illnesses. Some diseases can be prevented by drinking water during hot seasons such as eczema, sunstroke, diarrhea, infections, swelling of the feet and fingers, an increase in fever, headache, or muscle pain, etc.

Water has an amazing way to make our bodies feel cooler and comfortable. Many of us choose to sip water throughout the day with flavors when tempted to take more water-based drinks during the season. However, some highly promoted thirst-quenching drinks are not so healthy like soda, soft drinks, aerated drinks, etc.

Some popular and excellent flavors in summer drinks include orange, watermelon, lemon, cucumber, sweet-lime, mango, and so on. Adding seasoning and blending different flavors make them more appetizing.

Natural drinks are much better than artificially sweetened drinks as there is no reduction in flavor. That's why choosing vegetable and fruit juices over chemical flavors are best for summers.

As Summers is at its peak and I see lots of mangoes all around the market, I thought of making Aam Panna which is one of the best ways to avoid heat & heat stroke. Moreover, it's one of the tastiest natural summer drinks that I have cherished all my life.
