Veg paneer sandwich recipe on tawa

"Make a Paneer Bhurji Sandwich but on Tawa"

A very Prompt thing I'm used to hearing from my dear husband. whenever I ask him what he would prefer for the breakfast, his answer is "Make a sandwich". No matter what kind of sandwich it is, even if it's just two slices of bread with some salad, cucumber, sauces, or a simple Paneer Bhurji Sandwich, he's always excited.😊

Sandwiches go well with a frequent demand for breakfast or tea time veg diet idea from my dear husband.

My dear Niks is an amateur cook but over the years with the love for sandwiches has learned the art of making more than 100 varieties of vegetarian sandwiches. I'm not that

experimental with sandwiches, but I love his experimental cooking style. Just this last weekend, he made a sumptuous sandwich with a leftover 'samosa" out of nowhere.

Whenever I make any random combinations of sandwiches that I may have recently learned, he would always exclaim- "It's an awesome sweetheart, it's the best ever." These regular but heartfelt words make my day.

Sandwiches are easy and hassle-free food items that everyone enjoys. At home, office, restaurant, on the way, on a train- basically everywhere. The joy of a veg sandwich for evening tea is quite soothing. Green vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes, sprouts, cheese, and cottage cheese are some of the popular sandwich stuffings. Variation of stuffing and sauce flavors brings health and taste to every sandwich. Loading too much cheese and mayonnaise can be unhealthy. So to keep it healthy, keep it simple.
