Ingredients

• Milk- 1 cup (cold)
• Ice cubes- 10
• Sugar- 2 tablespoons (can be adjusted as per taste)
• Fresh Cream- 1/4 cup of fresh cream
• Cocoa Powder- 1 tablespoon
• Coffee powder- 2 tablespoons (can be reduced if you want a lighter version)
• Milk Powder- 3 tablespoon

Steps to follow for making Café Style Cold Coffee

Step-1

Add ice cubes, milk powder, sugar, cocoa, coffee, and a teaspoon of cold milk into a big jar of a mixer. 

Step-2

Pulse the mixer for about a minute till it shows a frothy mix.  

Step-3

Once it shows thick coffee and sugar blended paste, add a cup of milk and little fresh cream. Fresh cream provides the actual smooth and silky texture to the homemade cafe-style coffee we always look for.

Step-4

Again whip and blend for another minute.
