Feeling lazy but hungry! Make your Sunday morning perfect with this vegetarian breakfast or brunch recipe of grilled sandwiches with crispy noodles and vegetables.

Sandwiches are everyone’s all-time favorite breakfast and a quick brunch idea. Whenever I crave something quick at the same time filling which is healthy as well -sandwiches are best to go for. 

Sandwiches began as portable finger food in western countries. It's vegetables, cheese, and various other edible items stuffed between two or more slices of bread as per respective taste and flavors. Its stuffing has no limitations and any combination of food items you love can be made part of your sandwich. 

Today I tried these unique cooked crispy noodles mingled with cheese into brown bread and grilled using an electric toaster.  And, I'm glad it came out awesome and worth a try.

  • Crispy fried noodles- 1/2 cup
  • Chopped carrot (Julians can also be used)- 1
  • Chopped capsicum - 1
  • Shredded cabbage- 1 cup

Spreads and seasoning

  • Butter- 2 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce- 2 teaspoon 
  • Grated cheese-1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper- to sprinkle
  • Oregano- 1 teaspoon
