Ingredients

MIx Veg Curry North Indian Style within 30 minutes

Veggies

  • Mushroom (washed, cleaned, and cut)- 200gm
  • Corn Kernels (soaked in lukewarm water)- 1/4 cup
  • Green Olives (cut*2)- 7-8
  • Boiled Green Peas- 1/4 cup
  • Crushed Garlic Cloves- 4
  • Ginger Paste/ Grated- 1 teaspoon
  • Onion (roughly chopped)- 2
  • Green chili (chopped)-2
  • Tomato (roughly chopped)-2
  • Homemade Tomato Puree- 1cup

Spices and others


  • Salt- to taste
  • Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya powder- 1/2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Mix veg masala- 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Oil- 1 tablespoon

Step-1


Heat a wok or kadhai, add oil,  ginger with garlic. Roast them till they leave their rawness.

Add onion and saute' for five minutes till it turns pink.

 Add tomato and tomato puree. Saute for 5 minutes

Add all the spices and cook for another 5 minutes till it releases the oil on the sides. Turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool down.

In the meanwhile, heat a pan and saute mushroom and zucchini for around 5 minutes.
